How often are dice changed?

Dear Frank, First of all, thank you for all of the information that you and your associates make available to the public. I have been reading your articles and find them very informative and entertaining. I have a few questions for you regarding the dice. How often are they changed out in a casino? How often should you change them out if you are practicing at home? When practicing at home, if you are tracking your throws, what is the optimal number of throws before retiring those dice? Will statistical analysis of your tracked throws help you point to that "optimal retirement time"? The list of questions could go on and on........... Basically, all of the above boil down to this: If the casinos are changing out the dice (which one would assume keeps a set of sharp-edged dice in play the majority of time) on a regular basis, shouldn't one do the same while practicing at home? I admit that I know very little about the aspects of dice control and the effects of the "sharp edges" on the results of the roll, however after reading several of your articles, it is obvious that it does influence one's success.
