invented a new game called "Compare" but he wanted some help in ranking hands.
Since I don't know what the legal status of Bob's game is at the moment, I won't
describe it here other than to say it is a parlor game played with cards, and
in the course of the game a player would have to select the best four-card
Poker hand one can form from a thirteen-card hand...read moreInterview with a Card Counter2 July 2005 "Paul" is an old friend of mine, and a successful card counter at blackjack.
Actually, one part of that statement is not true. His name's not really Paul, but he doesn't want to give any clues to his identity and, he says, "I don't really seem like a Ringo, do I?"

that statement GARY LOVEMAN, chairman and chief executive officer of HARRAH'S
ENTERTAINMENT announced the closing of the deal that married CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT

proven capabilities and marketing expertise will "generate strong sustainable
growth that will benefit our shareholders, our employees, our customers and
every community where we operate." Loveman's optimism bodes well for
the new Harrah's properties and the company has the muscle and a proven
track record to make it happen.

Biloxi will probably become Horseshoe...read moreThose itsy-bitsy advantages still count1 July 2005 Dear Mark, I know to hold any combination of three cards leading to a royal
flush in Jacks or Better. Does the same hold true in Deuces Wild with a deuce
and two other high cards leading to a royal flush? Also, should you hold three
cards leading to a straight flush in Jacks or Better such as a 6-8-9 of one
suit? Mike
Yes, Mike, your deuce with two cards to a royal is a slightly better
hand than if you were to discard the two high cards and just hold the
deuce...read moreTipping Blackjack Dealers1 July 2005 Blackjack dealers depend on tokes or tips as a big part of their total income. The mechanics of tipping are easy and can also be very important to you as a player.
There are three ways to tip a dealer. One, during the game you can simply push a chip over to the dealer and say "that's for you." Another way is to tip as you leave the game...read moreGreenstein's Ace On The River -- Powerful Advice For Cash Players30 June 2005 Barry Greenstein, one of poker's most successful, respected money players on the planet--and a top tournament player as well-ranks among the most well-regarded, educated and unorthodox individuals ever to play the game.
