  Top 10 Las Vegas March Madness watch parties2 March 2020
Selection Sunday is around the corner, taking place on 15 March with the first full day of March Madness games happening soon after on 19 March. With just over two weeks left until college basketball takes over sportsbooks and bettors’ agendas, we take a look at some places to take in the wall-to-wall action in Las Vegas, which is the place to be for March Madness every year. 10. The D Las Vegas If you are looking for somewhere to watch college basketball for free, check out the ballroom on the 12th floor inside The D Las Vegas. The downtown Las Vegas resort will have craps and blackjack tables with views of the televisions if you are hoping to gamble and watch at the same time. Man caves are available to guests to rent them out. The prices start at $300 per person for six hours, or $500 per person for 12 hours. These man caves include all-you-can-eat-and-drink, a private server and four 70-inch televisions for the games. 9. Park MGM Sometimes people want a classic sports bar to kick back and watch a game and that is what Park MGM is offering basketball fans with Moneyline Sports Bar. Guests can reserve seats at the bar for an entire day with a food and beverage minimum of $150 per person. There are also bar-top tables and booth options available for groups of up to 10 people ranging from $150-$300 per person. 8. The Cromwell The Cromwell Sportsbook is offering reserved seating for this year’s March Madness tournament. The book inside the Las Vegas Strip resort is small (lounge-seating for 50 guests that can be reserved), but the screens are as good as it gets. Also, the massive odds wall can be viewed from several parts of the casino if you are not inside the sportsbook. Seats are still available starting at $240, which include three free drink tickets and a $15 food voucher. And remember, The Cromwell offers some of the most player-friendly betting odds and specials on the Strip. 7. Paris Las Vegas Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas is offering a number of different packages for basketball fans beginning 19 March. Starting at $175 per person, the rooftop bar at the Las Vegas resort will give premium seating with $175 credit toward food and drinks with each ticket. The packages go all the way up to eight person groups with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating to view the games. The bar opens at 9 a.m. just in time for fans to get seated for the first tip-off.
6. South Point Casino Free admission is available for this year’s March to the Championship at South Point Hotel Casino and Spa, home to one of the most popular sportsbooks in Las Vegas. The watch party will feature a 60,000-square-foot fan zone, doubling in size from previous years. It will include 20-foot projector screens as guests can sip on discounted beverages, including $3 Budweiser products with buckets of six beers for $16 and Crown Royal shots for $3. Doors will open at 8 a.m.
5. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas The 40,000-square-foot Belmont Ballroom at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will transform into a wall-to-wall basketball mecca from 19 to 21 March. The ballroom will feature multiple stadium-style high-definition projection screens and 10 betting stations within an on-site dedicated sportsbook. Single day tickets for Thursday or Friday begin at $250 per person and include an open-bar pass. The same offering, without shots and Red Bull included, for Saturday and Sunday starting at $150 per person. Guests will also receive complimentary entry into Marquee Nightclub with a valid Hoops & Hops wristband. 4. Caesars Palace The Las Vegas Strip resort is having several locations include March Madness specials for fans. Vista Cocktail Lounge will have an open-bar and all-you-can-eat buffet at $300 per person for the premium package. If guests want premium drinks involved in the open-bar then they can select the $350 per person option. Montecristo Cigar Bar, which ranked high on one of our lists of Top 10 Las Vegas Experiences , is also having packages available to basketball fans. For $800, you will receive table seating for two people by the entrance and bar with a $600 drink credit. Alto Bar has a similar package as Montecristo. Groups can purchase a table for four people, drink credit with a personal television for the table at $600. So if you are planning on being at Caesars Palace starting 19 March, then you have several options to choose from to watch the madness. 3. Plaza Hotel and Casino The Plaza Hotel and Casino will host its annual March Mania viewing parties from Thursday, 19 to 22 March in its Plaza Event Center. The nearly 5,000-square-foot event space has 18 large screen high-definition televisions, two projectors and a state-of-the-art sound system. The Plaza Event Center has flexible seating options so large and small groups can mix and mingle while watching the basketball games. The party will also have William Hill satellite betting stations. There will also be a $25,000 March Mayhem Drawing. Entries can be earned now through March 28. Thirty players are paid in free slot play, with the top prize of $5,000 in free slot play. Food and drink specials will be found throughout the Event Center, including pop-up pizza. 2. SAHARA Las Vegas From Thursday, 19 through 21 March, Beers and Bets, CASBAR Lounge, The Tangier and Paradise Lounge will welcome guests with party packages, food and beverage specials and premium viewing offerings. With more than 50 high-definition televisions, a giant video wall and easy access to William Hill betting stations, Beers and Bets inside SAHARA Las Vegas, which completed a rebrand last year and recently opened a new poker room, is the place to be for any basketball fanatic. From small parties to large groups, guests who book party packages, which start at $180, will be guaranteed reserved seating for the entire day and unlimited Bud Light, Modelo Especial, Corona and well drinks. For an elevated experience, watch party packages start at $180 at CASBAR Lounge, The Tangier and Paradise Lounge, where, in addition to unlimited Bud Light, Modelo Especial, Corona and well drinks, guests can delight in all-you-can-drink Absolut Elyx, Jameson, Avión Tequila and Captain Morgan, as well as dining credits.
1. Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino will have watch parties inside the International Theater and race and sports SuperBook, known as one of the biggest and best books in the world. With 1,500 seats and satellite betting stations, the International Theater will open at 8 a.m. General seating is first come first served, reserved seating available for $30 a day, which includes one free beer. The SuperBook features 4,488 square-feet of HD screens for fans to watch the games. If you are looking for more of a group area in the sportsbook, then you can upgrade to a VIP Box with plush couch seating for up to eight people, VIP servers and prime views. On top of all of that, games will be broadcasted at Westgate Cabaret, iBar, Highlimit Bar, the SuperBook Bar and all restaurants in the resort with food and drink specials beginning at $4.
