MotorCity Closes for Electrical Work25 September 2006DETROIT, Michigan – As reported by the Detroit News: "The MotorCity Casino will shut its doors for 6½ hours Tuesday morning while utility lines are tied into the casino's $300 million expansion project that includes a 400-room hotel and entertainment center.
