Greektown Casino Replaces Key Executive9 March 2004DETROIT – As reported by the Detroit News: `` Long-time gaming manager Craig Ghelfi is the new chief operating officer at Detroit's Greektown Casino, which reported a $2.3-million drop in revenues last year on gaming receipts of $325.3 million. ``Ghelfi, 52, replaces Sal Semola, who held the executive position at Greektown for two years. Prior to that, Semola was vice president of table games operations at the gambling hall, which opened at Lafayette and Beaubien in November 2001. ``Greektown Casino spokesman Roger Martin declined comment on Semola's departure last week. ``…Ghelfi has more than 30 years of gaming management experience, serving most recently as Greektown Casino's vice president of table games operations.
