FROM MARK: On a recent trip to Atlantic City I was playing $10 on the pass line with $100 odds. When the 4 was the point my friend said I was better off placing the 4 for $110 then playing the pass line. FROM MIKE: Statistically the devil [the number seven] should show up about every six rolls. What do you think about a “4-on, 4-off” method of play? For example, I place the 6 and 8 and work them for four rolls. Then on the 5th roll I turn my bets off for four rolls. Then on the 9th through 12th roll they are working for four rolls. ... At blackjack, two people come to the table at the same time and both get blackjacks — back to back. After that you watch their play and they are not advantage players.
