Here, we take a look at 10 openings and expansions since last month’s edition. 10. Palace Station to welcome Master Kim’s Korean BBQ Palace Station Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas announced last week that Master Kim’s Korean BBQ, the award-winning Las Vegas favorite known for its authentic Korean flavors, prime meat cuts, and vibrant atmosphere will open in the spring of 2026. Owned by local restaurateur Freddy Hwang, Master Kim’s will bring its all-you-can-eat dining experience to Palace Station, offering guests a fresh take on classic Korean barbecue. At Master Kim’s, guests will enjoy a modern 6,500-square-foot ambiance with over 30 built-in tabletop grills for over 100 seats, allowing them to cook their own meats and vegetables to perfection. 9. Mohegan Sun unveils four new dining options Mohegan Sun in Connecticut is delivering a fresh take on destination dining with the introduction of four new venues, including The Farm Italy, Beauty & Essex and The Shed Restaurant. The Farm Italy: Design-Led Italian Cuisine Anchored by Scratch Cooking At The Farm Italy, pastas are house-made, sauces simmered from scratch, and dishes like the Pappardelle Bolognese, Branzino and Cacio e Pepe deliver a refined take on regional comfort fare. The Shed: Casual Comfort Food with a Chef-Driven Twist Designed to meet today's evolving tastes, The Shed provides a fully customizable vegan menu. Diners can enjoy daily brunch service, featuring crowd-pleasers like Chicken & Waffles with habanero honey and Arugula Benedict with chipotle hollandaise.
8. Bellagio to welcome CARBONE Riviera This fall, Bellagio Resort & Casino and Major Food Group will unveil CARBONE Riviera in Las Vegas. CARBONE Riviera opens with a grand seafood display—an ice-laden centerpiece showcasing delicacies flown in daily from the world's premier purveyors. From salt-baked branzino to grilled Dover sole, each preparation is presented tableside by captains trained in the brand's hallmark style of theatrical yet refined service.
7. London casino completes major gaming floor transformation In June, Horizons Casino reopened following a refurbishment that transformed the gaming experience at one of Leicester Square's most prestigious addresses. The venue's gaming offering is enhanced by the introduction of Skewd, Horizons’ new catering partner. Skewd’s open fire mangal and Anatolian cuisine concept, led by founder and executive chef Maz Demir, adds a distinctive culinary dimension. A private dining room, seating up to 12, is also available for intimate events and corporate entertainment. As part of the new layout, Horizons will be launching the new terrace seating up to 65, which will be home to Skewd at Horizons. 6. Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino unveils The Imperial Sky Villa Formerly known as the Tuscany Sky Villa, the Imperial Sky Villa at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is more than a name change. Spanning 13,200 square feet, the villa honors the enduring legacy of Elvis Presley, as part of the resort’s “Year of Elvis” celebration marking his 90th birthday. Inside, the Imperial Sky Villa boasts multiple bedrooms, expansive living and dining areas perfect for entertaining, and spa-inspired bathrooms. Guests can soak in panoramic views of the city skyline.
5. Circa Sportsbook Kentucky debuts at The Mint Kentucky Downs Circa Sports Kentucky’s sportsbook is now open at The Mint Gaming Hall Kentucky Downs in Franklin. The largest sportsbook in the state, and one of the largest east of the Mississippi, the venue features an 80-foot-wide LED screen, a 31-foot-wide odds board and over 5,100 square feet of space designed for fan experiences. Guests can relax in comfort in one of 113 stadium-style seats, luxury recliners or three tiers of booth-style seating. The Circa Sports Kentucky sportsbook features five staffed betting stations, and four self-service kiosks. Three self-service kiosks are also located within The Mint Kentucky Downs casino. 4. Tulalip Resort Casino opens expansion On 3 July, Tulalip Resort Casino in Washington unveiled its 70,250-square-foot addition to the AAA Four-Diamond resort, which expands the casino to a total of 270,250 square feet. Now open for guests, the expansion’s completion marks a major milestone in a multi-year construction project, which now fully shifts to a total renovation of the casino scheduled for completion in late 2026. The expansion features more than 400 additional slot machines, bringing the casino-wide total to more than 2,600. The new full-service North Bar provides access to an outdoor covered patio complete with seating and outdoor smoking area. There are also new restrooms coupled with extensive upgrades to existing restrooms throughout the casino. 3. Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel unveils expanded non-smoking gaming floor Earlier this month, Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel in Washington announced the grand opening of its expanded non-smoking gaming floor. Located adjacent to the hotel’s lobby, the new, larger non-smoking slot floor will feature nearly 400 of today’s most popular slot. For convenience and ease of access, non-smoking guests can also take advantage of the smoke-free entrance via the hotel’s valet parking. In addition to these gaming enhancements, all restaurants on property are 100% non-smoking. 2. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Ottawa opens Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa officially opened its doors on 3 July with a signature guitar smash, marking the arrival of Canada's first fully integrated Hard Rock resort. Guests can now experience over 150,000 square feet of entertainment and hospitality offerings, including: - A music-inspired hotel with 150 guest rooms, including 22 suites - Multiple dining options, including elevated dining at Council Oak Steakhouse & Seafood and the legendary Hard Rock Cafe - Hard Rock LIVE, a performance venue with capacity for up to 2,200 guests - An expanded casino floor featuring, slots, live table games, and high-limit gaming areas - The Rock Shop, offering exclusive Hard Rock merchandise and curated music memorabilia from Canadian and international music icons.
1. Suncoast Hotel & Casino unveils new bingo room Last week, Suncoast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas announced the unveiling of its new bingo room, as it continues its property-wide transformation. As part of Suncoast’s ongoing renovation efforts, the new 9,170 square-foot bingo room features a modern coastal aesthetic theme along with a massive 17-foot bouncing bingo ball chandelier. The 406-seat room also features a snack bar and a glass-enclosed smoking area with its own ventilation system. To celebrate the debut, Suncoast will be hosting a Glitz & Bingo grand opening weekend on 2 August and 3 August. The event is open to the public. The event will include a High Roller Bingo game, which awards $8,000 to the overall prize payout when you call Bingo on a High Roller Ball and Roll to Win, which will allow winners to roll the dice and potentially be paid double.
