Spectre Gaming Launches Games in California

17 November 2004

EL CAJON, California – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Spectre Gaming, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SGMG) announced today that it has signed an agreement to launch its "Multi-Reel" mechanical games into northern California with its upcoming installation of machines into Gold Country Casino (http://www.goldcountry.com ) located in Oroville, California.

Russell Mix, CEO of Spectre Gaming stated, "Since the introduction of the "Multi-Reel" mechanical games earlier this year into one of southern California's premier casinos, players have enjoyed the return of the 8 line game to the California marketplace. One of the most popular games in the early days of California gaming, "the 8 liners" as they were once referred to, offer players the ability to play multi-reel, multi-line, multi-coin action with every spin. Our machines include unique features on winning combinations so that outcomes are easy to determine and players are not confused as to how they won."

Mix continued, "Our unique 9-reel machines also give players the ability to hit the "FEVER" on any given "spin of the reels". We believe Spectre is positioned to capitalize on the resurgence of mechanical reel slot machines and the growing market in California."

Spectre Gaming Inc., with offices at 1466 Pioneer Way, El Cajon, California is a provider of proprietary interactive electronic games to the Native American and charitable gaming markets. The Company designs and develops networks, software and content that provide its customers with a comprehensive gaming system.
