Judge says gamblers owe casino winnings after mishap13 February 2015NEW JERSEY -- Fox News is reporting that a gamblers have to give back winnings to a casino following a shuffling mishap. The incident happened in April 2012 when a supposedly pre-shuffled deck of cards was not shuffled and gamblers realized this and upped their bets considerably, the report said. The game was deemed to have violated the Casino Control Act and $1.5 million is owed to the casino, Fox reported. |
