Golden Nugget Atlantic City promotes Kevin Scull to GM and Senior VP

7 May 2026

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Golden Nugget - Atlantic City announced the promotion of Kevin Scull to General Manager and Senior Vice President. A longtime member of the property’s executive leadership team, Scull brings deep industry experience and a proven track record of operational excellence to his new role. As General Manager and Senior Vice President, he will oversee all aspects of the property’s day-to-day operations.

“Kevin’s leadership, institutional knowledge, and long-standing commitment to Golden Nugget Atlantic City make him the ideal choice to lead the property into its next phase of growth,” said Gerry Del Prete, Chief Operating Officer of Gaming. “His contributions have been instrumental to the property’s success, and we are confident in his ability to build on that momentum while continuing to elevate the guest experience.”

Scull has been an integral part of Golden Nugget Atlantic City since 2011. During his tenure, he has held a range of senior leadership roles, including Director of Food and Beverage, Vice President of Food and Beverage, and most recently served as Assistant General Manager and Vice President. Working closely with the executive team, Scull has helped drive significant financial growth across the property.

Among his notable accomplishments, Scull played a key role in bringing the Jimmy Johnson “Quest for the Ring” Championship Fishing Week to Golden Nugget’s Farley Marina, an event that generated an estimated $5 million in economic impact for the greater Atlantic City region.

Beyond property operations, Scull is actively involved in the local community and industry organizations. He currently serves as Chairperson of the ARC of Atlantic County Development Committee and has held leadership roles with the South Jersey Chef’s Association and the Ocean City Restaurant Association. He has also contributed to culinary education as an adjunct instructor and advisory board member at Atlantic Cape Community College.

“Having had the opportunity to grow with this property, I’m proud to step into this role and continue working with our team as we build on its success and carry that momentum forward,” said Scull.
