(PRESS RELEASE) -- Shawanoe Steak & Spirits at Indigo Sky Casino & Resort officially marked its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on 28 January, welcoming guests, tribal leadership and community partners to experience the property’s newest upscale dining destination.

The restaurant delivers a refined steakhouse experience centered on quality, craftsmanship and hospitality. Shawanoe Steak & Spirits features 100% USDA Prime steaks, expertly prepared over hardwood oak, alongside fresh seafood and chef-driven specialties that showcase bold and confident flavors.

“We’re incredibly proud to introduce Shawanoe Steak & Spirits as the newest chapter in our commitment to exceptional dining,” said Melanie Heskett, General Manager. “Our team has poured tremendous passion into creating an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming, and we’re excited to share it with our guests and community.”

The culinary program is paired with a thoughtfully curated wine list highlighting premier California vineyards from Napa Valley to Paso Robles, offering exceptional pairings to elevate the dinging experience.

“I’m so proud to be part of this endeavor. Passion, excellence, delicious food served perfectly – that’s what we do, and that’s what we will continue to do.”- Chef Sterling Burpee

The opening marks an important milestone for the property, reinforcing its commitment to growth, excellence and guest experience.
