Indigo Sky Casino & Resort opens new restaurant21 May 2025(PRESS RELEASE) -- Indigo Sky Casino & Resort is turning up the volume with the grand opening of Rock & Brews Restaurant and Concert Bar, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a free live performance by KISS Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and Rock & Brews co-founder, Gene Simmons, on 26 June 2025. This exciting addition underscores Indigo Sky’s commitment to offering guests premier entertainment, exceptional dining, and world-class amenities across the Four-State area. The celebration kicks off at 1:00 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring remarks from Simmons, Indigo Sky General Manager Melanie Heskett, and Chief Glenna Wallace. The party continues into the evening with a free live show by the Gene Simmons Band at 8:00 p.m. on the Rock & Brews stage. “The opening of Rock & Brews marks an exciting chapter at Indigo Sky Casino & Resort.
