Greektown's bankruptcy exit faces dilemma

Detroit, Michigan -- A dilemma has struck Greektown Casino's exit from bankruptcy protection, The Detroit News reported.

The regulation of Greektown's new owners, some of whom are hedge funds, is raising questions at the Michigan Gaming Control Board, The Detroit News said.

Ten of the owners are hedge funds who may have to be given an "institutional exemption" by the gaming board in order for approval to move forward, The Detroit News report mentioned.
