Foxwoods introduces Local Tastes Thursdays at VUE 24

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foxwoods Resort Casino, the Northeast’s premier dining and resort casino destination, recently unveiled a fresh culinary concept at its signature fine dining restaurant, VUE 24. Local Tastes Thursdays: Farm, Sea, Table is inspired by the farm-to-table movement, and will feature locally sourced ingredients on a pre fixe four course menu to increase efforts in supporting local businesses. The restaurant will also offer a la carte dishes and supplemental wine pairings.

VUE 24’s masterful chefs have created a unique menu using the freshest products from Foxwoods’ own backyard – from beautiful seasonal produce from New England locations like Wild Harmony Farms (Exeter, RI) and Eva’s Garden (South Dartmouth, MA) to sustainably raised meat from Cloverbud Ranch (Portsmouth, RI), succulent seafood from Bomster Scallops (Mystic, CT), and many more.

VUE 24, which opened in 2016, is nestled atop the 24th floor of the Grand Pequot Tower. The unique location of VUE 24 offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, while live piano music and luxury décor offers a lavish yet familiar and comfortable experience for all guests.
