23 February 2026

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Foxwoods Resort Casino is reporting a slot revenue of $28.6 million for the month of January 2026, resulting in a $7.2 million direct payment to the State of Connecticut in accordance with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation’s longstanding slot revenue contribution agreement. Since 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has contributed more than $4.8 billion of Foxwoods’ slot revenue to the state’s budget fund.

January started the new year at Foxwoods with a high-energy lineup of live entertainment, signature events, and winter experiences, welcoming guests for a month filled with comedy, classic rock, immersive activations, and exciting gaming moments.

Guests had a festive start to 2026 with New Year’s Day Bingo on January 1 in the High Stakes Bingo Hall, giving guests a festive start to 2026 with advance purchase packages, warm-up games, and a full day of bingo action.

January 24 brought a full slate of experiences across the resort, led by Vodka Vibes (21+) in the Rainmaker Expo - Foxwoods’ disco-inspired signature event featuring vodka tastings from top vendors, immersive décor, live performances, a glitter bar, and a complimentary dessert curated by the Foxwoods Culinary Team. That same night, stand-up comedian Akaash Singh took over the Great Cedar Showroom with his fearless comedy and fast-paced delivery, while fans of Hell’s Kitchen had the opportunity to meet select contestants from Season 24 during an exclusive on-property meet & greet.

Rock legends closed out the month in powerful fashion, as Tesla and Buckcherry brought decades of hard rock hits to the Premier Theater on 30 January, alongside southern rock icons The Marshall Tucker Band in the Great Cedar Showroom.

Beyond entertainment, guests continued to enjoy Foxwoods’ expansive resort offerings throughout January, including award-winning dining, seasonal experiences, and signature venues across the property.

Gaming promotions added even more excitement to the month, giving guests multiple ways to boost their play across Slots, Table Games, and Poker. Foxwoods Rewards members kicked off the year with 2X Rewards Points and 2X Tier Credits on 1 January, followed by 4X Poker Tier Credits on 2 January and 2X Poker Rewards Points plus 2X Tier Credits on 7 January. The month wrapped with Tier Credit Mania on January 31, offering guests the chance to earn up to 5X Tier Credits across Slots and Table Games.
