About 850 people work at the casino. "The gambling section of the Joliet casino apparently emerged unscathed from Friday's major fire and may soon reopen, but the Egyptian-themed pavilion, which contained shops, restaurants and a ballroom, was completely destroyed. It will be rebuilt--bigger and better than before--company officials promised..." |
