The all-new concept comes from Buddy Valastro’s Restaurant Group and offers guests a tempting array of Jersey-style sandwiches, a diverse selection of pizzas, an innovative new pasta station, and Valastro's iconic desserts and cakes fresh from New Jersey’s own Carlo’s Bake Shop. Combining the elements of The Boss Cafe by Buddy Valastro, Buddy’s Jersey Eats, and PizzaCake, Buddy’s Boardwalk Empire is the latest creation by celebrity chef Buddy Valastro and is already becoming a favorite in the outstanding lineup of dining offerings at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. Guests can dine on the Jersey Roast Beef sandwich on focaccia bread or choose from a variety of bakery pizzas from The Boss Cafe. The feast continues as they watch the appetizing 'mutz’ prepared in-house each day. The unique East Coast Pizza, with its distinctive flavor profiles from PizzaCake, offers an equally tempting option and a transformative culinary experience. Unique to this location, guests can also dine on a variety of fresh pastas.
