Brian Luo wins WSOP Circuit Main Event in Atlantic City27 August 2026(PRESS RELEASE) -- On 24 August, one of the most historic gambling cities in North America crowned a new World Series of Poker Circuit champion. Outlasting a total field of 698 entrants in the Harrah's Atlantic City WSOP Circuit Main Event, Philadelphia native Brian Luo, now based in Madison, Wisconsin, takes home the lion’s share of the $964,164 prize pool, along with his second WSOP Circuit ring. With Luo’s first WSOP Circuit ring coming in an online Super Circuit event in 2022, which came with a respectable $4,667 score, Luo’s victory in the Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City WSOP Circuit Main Event serves as the crowning achievement of his WSOP career. While Luo’s victory in the series Main Event stands as the finale of the series, he wasn’t the only poker player to draw attention (and WSOP Circuit rings) throughout the series. Taking down both the $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em and $2,200 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller events at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City, 2015 WSOP Main Event winner Joe McKeehen further added to his legendary WSOP tournament career, taking home a total of $77,368 in first-place prize money and even more hardware for his poker trophy case.
