Will jackpots ever repeat pay on a haywire machine?

Your site is amazing, keep up the good work. I was reading one of your articles about Double Diamond Haywire and you said that if a single bar had a Haywire function that it would repeat. I was wondering if there is a jackpot symbol that also has a Haywire function, and what about the 7s or triple and double bars? If a Haywire bar lines up with a non-haywire Diamond, will that repeat? What is the most number of times a pay can repeat? Do you give up some hit frequency as compared to a plain Double Diamond to make up for the repeated pays?

By the way, I am one of those people who goes back and forth between 1, 2 and 3 credits and I would like to say that I hit just as much on 3 credits as I do on 1 credit, including big hits. So if you ask me, they are not set up to favor a minimum or maximum bet either way.

I have never seen a repeat-pay machine that repeated pays on the top jackpot combination or the second-to-top combination. That doesn't mean that there isn't a machine that repeats pays on the top combinations out there somewhere, but I don't think it's likely that there is one.

The highest number of repeats I've seen is eight. I don't have the right par sheets to compare a Haywire Double Diamond with a standard Double Diamond, but I suspect that you don't give up much, if anything, in hit frequency for the repeat pay feature. You just won't hit the higher-paying combinations as frequently because they've been replaced with repeat-paying hits on a lower-paying combination.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with hitting when playing different numbers of coins. If more players would pay close attention to what happens when they switch the number of coins they play, they would discover that the number of coins played has no effect whatsoever on what lands on the payline.
