A new bill could make Massachusetts the third U.S. state [see footnote 1. -Ed.] to make online gambling a felony.

IGN reported on Tuesday that defendants Gary Kaplan and Penelope Tucker still had pretrial motions to which the prosecuting attorneys had not responded.
According to court documents, however, the government responded to all motions on Oct. 5, recommending that all be denied.
