Those Pesky Low Pairs in 9/6 Jacks6 April 2007
Whenever I play 9/6 Jacks Video Poker I am always troubled by three things:
Missing them seems to be my most frequent error.
They seem to occur with a greater frequency than I would have guessed.

Speed count revisited2 March 2007
Back in April of 2004 I wrote an article on this site entitled Blackjack Speed Count. The article gave a description of the properties of Speed Count including the edge a player using it could expect, as well as the fact that it is harder to detect than most other counts because a player will make increased wagers at times that other counts would not dictate. ... current popular game shows on TV is the show Deal or No Deal hosted by
comedian Howie Mandel. The format is that 26 briefcases are carried onto the
stage by 26 beautiful young women. Each case contains a dollar figure ranging
