Top 10 new online slots for August 2024

5 August 2024

The online gambling boom shows no signs of slowing down. With more players turning to iGaming every day, providers and operators are responding by expanding their portfolios with exciting new slot titles.

Today, we highlight 10 fresh slot releases that have hit the market since our last edition showcasing the latest innovations and trends in the ever-evolving world of online slots.

10. Power of Gods: Medusa Extremely Light
Set out on a 5x3 grid, Power of Gods: Medusa Extremely Light sees the return of an array of Greek gods and Medusa wilds as its symbols.

Players can also unlock the popular Hold the Jackpot round, where bonus symbols worth 1x to 15x can be collected along with Mini, Minor and Major jackpots and the Grand Jackpot worth 2,000x.

The Buy Feature is used to purchase direct access to the Bonus Game or players can use the Gamble Feature, offering a mini-game with the chance to double their reward after securing a win.

9. 6 Jokers
In 6 Jokers, wins are awarded when 8-10+ symbols land anywhere on the 6x5 grid. Sitting on top of each reel is a pair of closed curtains. On every spin, one reel is randomly marked as a Joker Reel, and its curtains open to reveal a joker. Each tumble in the same spin marks another Joker Reel.

If all six reels are marked with jokers, wild symbols carrying random multipliers of between 2x and 100x can randomly hit in subsequent tumbles. And if multiple wilds are included in the same win, their multipliers are added together for even bigger rewards.

8. Chicken Bonanza
The farm-themed title sees a 6x6 grid filled with a variety of fruit and veg, with a cluster of six or more connecting symbols required to form a win.

Sticky Clusters then come into play, which sees every symbol not part of the winning cluster removed from the reels, giving the cluster in Chicken Bonanza a chance to grow even bigger, or a new one to form. If locked symbols form a square of 2x2, a 2x multiplier is applied and if they form a 3x3, then a corresponding 3x multiplier is applied.

When four or more scatter symbols land, 10 bonus spins are awarded. Once this occurs, a wheel is spun to determine the starting multiplier for the round, of up to 100x.

7. The Grand Show
In The Grand Show’s base game, instant prizes are collected by landing them alongside a top hat or consecutively after. In the bonus feature, merging can lead to even higher rewards for the duration of the feature.

The bonus feature takes players on a journey, featuring multipliers, boosters and merges for bigger prizes.

Players also have the chance to trigger one of five jackpots from the Mini at 10x to the Grand Jackpot of 10,000x via its Nudge Up mechanic.

6. Coin Up: Lightning
The 3x3 slot, Coin Up: Lightning, sees three symbols of any value on the middle row trigger the classic Bonus Game.

During the round, the appearance of Multi Up and Coin Up boosters in the top row apply increased multipliers and cash values to the symbols within the reels below.

The title’s two other bonus games offer differing levels of guaranteed high-paying symbols and boosters, with the new Thunder Bonus Game starting with the placement of both Mystery and Mystery Jackpot symbols, along with Super Multi and Coin Up boosters for big wins. All three Bonus Games can be accessed directly via the Bonus Buy feature.

5. Gold Magnate
Set on a board game-style 5x3 field, Gold Magnate’s symbols are portrayed as cards, with larger-than-life characters and a bonus symbol featuring the iconic Big Ben landmark.

Three Big Ben cards landing in one spin pave the way to the multiplier round. If four or five of these symbols appear, players multiply their bonus round winnings by 3x or 10x.

At the beginning of the bonus game, six random multiplier cards with values from 5x to 999x are revealed and then hidden once again to heighten anticipation. With the roll of a dice, players randomly choose a card decorated with fictional steampunk machines, then turn it over to reveal a multiplier amount that will apply to the bet.

4. Atlantis Crush
Atlantis Crush, a 5x5 title, offers a host of ways to win as players work their way towards the max win of 10,000x with the help of unlimited multipliers.

Nine different block symbols appear above the main reels during base gameplay which can activate various effects when triggered by wins below. These include destroying rows, columns, and corners, and providing bonuses and multipliers.

he Destroy All Blocks feature is activated by destroying all block symbols in a single cascade. For the rest of the round, only multiplier, bonuses, or gem blocks can appear.

Landing at least three bonus blocks will trigger the bonus spins round where the number of spins is determined by the total sum of the numbers found on the activated blocks.

3. Rick and Morty Strike Back
Paying tribute to the animated sci-fi sitcom, the cartoon’s characters lead the way on the six-reel matrix as players seek to acquire the Cash Collect and Scatter symbols.

Landing a Rick and Morty Character Collect symbol on reel one and/or six will see any Cash or Cashpot symbol in view collected.

In Rick and Morty Strike Back, players must also keep a close eye out for the Portal Gun modifier appearing from off screen. If landed, the modifier will grant a range of benefits including the chance of upgrading the collect feature or increasing the chance of access to the bonus game.

Hitting three or more scatter symbols triggers the bonus where players can choose up to four bonus games depending on what features have been unlocked.

2. Young Wolf Song
Set in the depths of the wilderness, Young Wolf Song showcases a host of mountain wildlife as its symbols including foxes, raccoons, moose, and owls. These are accompanied by a howling wolf wild which can substitute all other symbols on the board to help form matching combinations.

Bonus symbols containing money values between 1x and 15x can also appear, with six needed on the board to award the bonus game. Here players can land bonus symbols as well as Mini, Mega, Super and Epic jackpots, worth up to 3,000x.

Three mountain peak scatter symbols award an initial five bonus spins where bonus symbols pay out instantly to help increase win potential. Additional extra spin symbols can appear during this round to increase the spins count by one each time it lands on the board.

1. Supercharged Clovers
Supercharged Clovers: Hold and win takes place on an electrified 3x5 grid where classic fruit symbols and varied golden clovers fill up the reels with a number of lightning effects.

ix golden clover bonus symbols or their combination with the electrified clover collect symbol trigger the Hold and Win Bonus Game. The round includes multiplier symbols worth up to 10x, as well as a collect feature that gathers all visible values from the reels.

Players also have the opportunity to scoop up one of the game’s four fixed jackpots, including the Grand Jackpot worth 5,000x.
