Anthony L. of Jersey City, N.J. won $766,499.85 on a $1 wide area progressive Wheel of Fortune slot on Thursday, 17 February.

9. $779,000
On 20 February, Kyle Johnson of Eagle Mountain, Utah was staying at The Cromwell in Las Vegas and walked over to Caesars Palace in the evening to gamble with some friends.

After playing at the same table for 30 minutes, he hit a Mega Progressive Jackpot on Ultimate Texas Hold’em for $779,148.

Johnson, who has played the game hundreds of times, treated his friends to dinner and then planned to pay off his house with his earnings.

After 30 minutes of play, Richard Henke became the lucky winner of the Mega Jackpot on Let It Ride Poker on 30 April at Flamingo Las Vegas, resulting in a win of $831,570.

Henke was in town for a bachelor party from Illinois and hit the jackpot on his second try. He said he would use his winnings to achieve his lifelong dream of buying a house.

7. $1.04 million
On Sunday, 9 January, a Clearwater, Florida resident named Gloria visited Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa and won a $1,045,153 jackpot while playing Aristocrat Gaming’s Dragon Link progressive slot game.

This jackpot came just 18 days after she won $1,241,642 on Dragon Link, marking her second progressive jackpot over $1 million on the popular Aristocrat game.

6. $1.08 million
After an hour of play, Dennis Albers became the lucky winner of the Mega Jackpot on Face Up Pai Gow at The Cromwell Las Vegas in the afternoon of 15 March, taking home $1,082,701.

Albers, a resident of Morton, Illinois, was in town for a meeting and tried his luck on Face Up Pai Gow three times during his trip before winning the jackpot.

He said he was going donate some of his winnings to charity in addition to sharing it with family and possibly buying a vacation home.

5. $1.1 million
A lucky guest from Hawaii kicked off the New Year by hitting a more than $1.1 million jackpot at Fremont Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas playing IGT’s Wheel of Fortune slots on Friday, 21 January.

The player, who was staying at the California Hotel and Casino, was playing on a Wheel of Fortune Super Times Pay 2x 3x 4x 5x slot machine on Friday morning. After playing on the machine for about 10 minutes and playing a $5 spin, the lucky winner scored a jackpot totaling $1,100,986.

The winner requested to remain anonymous.

4. $1.16 million
One winner hit a jackpot of over $1 million with a $25 bet at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek in Florida.

The guest was playing the Aristocrat Dragon Link Panda Magic slot machine on Sunday, 15 May when he hit for $1,168,274.

After the massive win, the progressive was reset to $1 million.

3. $1.3 million
Michelle from Hawaii hit a more than $1.3 million jackpot at California Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas playing IGT’s Wheel of Fortune slots on Monday, 28 March.

The guest was playing the popular slot at approximately 11:30 a.m. After making a $5 bet, Michelle scored a progressive jackpot totaling $1,316,725.

On Friday, 28 January a Sunrise, Florida resident visited Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood and won a $1,331,540 jackpot while playing Aristocrat Gaming's Dragon Link progressive slot game with a $250 bet.

Golden Nugget - Atlantic City announced a winner from New Jersey won a $2,839,342 progressive jackpot the evening of Wednesday, 19 January.

Dave J., from New Jersey, secured his winnings by betting $6 on a Penny Monopoly Money Grab Machine and ultimately winning a progressive jackpot that had built its way to over a $2.8 million payout.
