Caesars sues Massachusetts Gaming Commission chairman

The lawsuit claims Massachusetts Gaming Commission Chairman Stephen Crosby's undisclosed connections to the Wynn Resorts proposal in Everett amounted to "tortious interference" with Caesars' proposed partnership with Suffolk Downs. Caesars withdrew its application for a Massachusetts gaming license in October.
