13 August 2018

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Trinitas Cellars, the popular Napa, California, winery, will host a five-course dinner and wine pairing at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, 25 October, in the underground wine cave at Pala Casino Spa and Resort. Doors will open at 7 p.m.

The first course will be Grilled Marinated Shrimp and Corn Relish Salad paired with a Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley. Second will be Bacon Wrapped Grouper with Saffron Sweet Pea Risotto – Nage and Chardonnay, Carneros. The third course will offer Pistachio Crusted Lamb Loin and Brussel Sprout Hash, Red Win Reduction with Petite Syrah, Contra Costa. Fourth will be Sauerbraten Short Ribs, Horseradish Potato, Garlic Chips and Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage with Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley. Chef Albert Cruz’ Trio of Chocolates will be the dessert with Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.

Some merely drink wine, while others appreciate it with a passion. Then there are those that love it so much they start their own winery. That is exactly what Tim and Steph Busch did back in 2002 when they opened Trinitas Cellars. Trinitas is a true family business and is currently run by their son and daughter-in-law, Garrett and Betsy Busch, with involvement from all members of the family. Trinitas Cellars celebrates the connection between sun, soil and humanity, providing a variety of wines from Northern California. Wine has played a significant role throughout human history, and Trinitas Cellars is passionate about continuing the celebration.
