Tropicana Entertainment President and COO earns achievement award22 February 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- Atlantic City Weekly's 10th Annual Nightlife Awards announced Tropicana Entertainment President and CEO Tony Rodio as the recipient of the 2018 Lifetime Achievement Award. Rodio will be recognized at the 10th annual celebratory gala taking place tonight at Tropicana Atlantic City Casino & Resort's Boogie Nights. The invite-only VIP party begins at 7 p.m.; free admission to the general public begins at 8 p.m.; the awards show begins at 8:15 p.m. "I am honored and humbled to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from Atlantic City Weekly's Nightlife Awards. I am thankful to be in such a position where I can apply my passion of giving people unique and memorable experiences to the work that I do," said Rodio. "One of the first projects I undertook as Tropicana Atlantic City President and COO was to bring the Boogie Nights concept to Tropicana. It feels great to see the concept has grown to become a truly one-of-a-kind nightlife experience for our guests. This recognition is not only testament to our hard work but also serves as motivation to myself and our entire team to continue to evolve our nightlife offerings and further Tropicana's reputation as one of the best places to party in AC."
