Tropicana brings live entertainment to Blue Parrot Pool Bar10 July 2015(PRESS RELEASE) -- In celebration of summer, the Blue Parrot Pool Bar at Tropicana Atlantic City Casino & Resort introduces live entertainment every Saturday night from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is free to hotel guests with a room key, and just $10 for everyone else. Opening to the public for the first time, Blue Parrot Pool Bar is located on the sixth floor of the North Tower at Tropicana. With boardwalk and ocean views, day beds, private cabanas and full bar service, it is the perfect summer entertainment venue. “After you’ve spent your Saturday at Tropicana’s beach, the Blue Parrot Pool Bar is the perfect place to kick back with drinks, a delicious light menu and live poolside entertainment,” said Tropicana’s General Manager Steve Callender. “Plus, there is no better way to end your night than viewing our weekly fireworks display, every Saturday night at 10 p.m.” SensaMotion to Play the Blue Parrot July 11 The lineup kicks off with SensaMotion this Saturday, July 11, 2015. Hailing from Atlantic City, this seven-piece band has built a large local following with their take on new roots reggae and dubfire rock. SensaMotion has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in reggae music. They recently released a single Roots Queen and an EP release called Looking Up. The pool itself closes each Saturday at 8 p.m., at which time the Blue Parrot is limited to visitors who are 21 years of age or older.
