Towers Casino closes down again20 May 2020Just a day after reopening to the public, Towers Casino is again entering a temporary closure after being raided by police. The raid was said to be because the California card room opened before it was supposed to. The owner was shocked by the decision to have to close down again after stating only 15 people were in the card room which has a maximum capacity of 180 people. The authorities approached a table and told players and dealers that the game in progress had to be stopped immediately in order to close the card room. It is not a permanent closure, but a reopening date has not been announced yet. |
