The Reel Life: Speeding ticket revenge edition

23 February 2012

The Reel Life has been issued a speeding ticket or two in our day. But we've never showed up to the officer's house to talk to him "man-to-man."

According to the TC Palm, a 53-year-old Florida man is accused of showing up at the home of a police officer who issued him a speeding ticket earlier in the day.

Ralph Ferretti was pulled over by Officer Erik Levasseur and cited for speeding. Ferretti realized after receiving the ticket that Levasseur lived across the street from one of his friends.

Ferretti went to his friend's house and parked his car. He then confronted Lavassuer's wife.

"I want to speak to him about it when the cop goes 10-7, man-to-man," Ferretti is quoted as saying.

Levasseur's wife said Ferretti used profanity and was "very agitated." The police were called and Ferretti was arrested on a threat of public servant or family charge in connection with the incidents. He was released from the St. Lucie County jail on a $2,500 bond.

The Reel Life doesn't have any sympathy to Ferretti. You get issued a ticket, either go to court, or take it like a man (to-man).
