The Palm Las Vegas unveils three-course New Year's Eve menu

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Palm Casino Resort Las Vegas will usher in 2018 with a three-course, prix-fixe menu, offered from 29-31 December, featuring The Palm's classic Surf 'n' Turf dinner for two, available for $195 per couple, with an upgrade option to toast with two glasses of Taittinger Brut La Française Champagne for an additional $25 per couple. Those in the mood for other Palm steakhouse classics can choose from the restaurant's a la carte menu, which will also be available that evening.
The Palm's New Year's Eve menu includes:
First Course – choice of:
- Baby Kale and Apple Salad topped with candied pecans, crispy pancetta and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano tossed in a maple vinaigrette.
- Lobster Bisque made with lobster meat, creme fraiche and Dry Sack sherry.
- Thick-Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon marinated in a maple glaze and topped with house-made steak sauce.
- Classic Caesar Salad and Andy's Mixed Green Salad are also available upon request.
Second Course
- The Palm Classic Surf 'n' Turf for two, which couples a four-pound jumbo Nova Scotia lobster served with melted butter and lemon and an 18-ounce prime New York Strip or 14-ounce Filet Mignon.
Shareable Side
- Choice of one signature vegetable or potato side from the a la carte menu, served family-style or the Nova Scotia lobster mac 'n' cheese with bacon crust for an additional $5.
Third Course – choice of:
- New York Cheesecake drizzled with tangy raspberry sauce.
- Gluten-Free Flourless Chocolate Cake served with raspberry sauce and sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
