The Haunted Inn at Palms Casino Resort is now open

9 October 2026

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The doors are open, and the residents are restless. The Haunted Inn at Palms Casino Resort is now welcoming guests for an immersive Halloween experience through 31 October. Featuring no cover, theatrical food and cocktails, and a cast of supernatural characters, the limited-run haunted hotel invites guests ages 21 and older to check in for a spirited night out.

The third seasonal concept from Palms Popup Playhouse, following Santa’s Saloon and Camp Palms: No Kids Allowed, The Haunted Inn transforms the venue into a dilapidated supernatural hotel filled with live entertainment, music, comedy and unexpected encounters. Creepy, funny and highly interactive, the experience embraces the fun side of Halloween.

Guests begin at the Front Desk, where antique details, skeleton room keys and an old service bell hint at generations of questionable hospitality. After signing the registry and leaving their “Last Wish,” they can explore a haunted forest and cemetery presided over by Lady Palms, the Inn’s elegant and slightly dangerous supernatural matriarch and séance leader.

Her unusual residents include Little Bit, a rebellious punk-rock ghost; Franchesca, a glamorous French maid vampire; Todd, a towering bell captain and would-be horror icon with no confirmed kills; Uncle Heckyll, an eccentric gravekeeper with a darker second personality; the invisible, eternally bickering Grandma and Grandpa; and Gary, the Inn’s pet werewolf.

Entertainment unfolds throughout the space as characters roam, improvise at tables and draw guests into séances, ghostly arguments and mock horror scenarios. Visitors might help Uncle Heckyll bury a body, join Lady Palms’ séance or find themselves in Todd’s increasingly questionable entourage. Scheduled performances and spontaneous encounters make each visit a little different, with rock, alternative, new wave, pop, hip-hop and horror-inspired favorites setting the mood.

Even the menu is part of the show. Cocktails arrive in poison bottles, creepy doll-head mugs, blood bags, mini-coffins, skeleton hands and glowing vessels. Highlights include Lady Palms’ Black Magic, Grandpa’s Nightcap, Little Bit’s All Dolled Up and Smashed Pumpkin, Franchesca’s Blood Drive, and Uncle Heckyll’s Six Feet Under and A Toast from the Grave. Todd’s Killer Mocktails round out the drink offerings.

Haunting bites include Todd’s Murder Burger and Cupcake Massacre, Franchesca’s Vampire Repellant, Lady Palms’ Broom Service, Little Bit’s Bite Me! Bat Wings and Creepy Crawly Chili.

“Our guests love stepping into a completely different world for the season,” said Crystal Robinson-Wesley, Vice President of Marketing and Entertainment for Palms Casino Resort. “The Haunted Inn gives them an entire Halloween hotel to explore, complete with strange residents, live performances, theatrical bites and cocktails, and surprises around every corner. With no cover and approachable menu prices, it’s an easy night out to enjoy with friends—and come back for more.”

“For The Haunted Inn, our goal was to push immersive entertainment forward by designing the entire venue as one living, interactive world, where every room, character, strange occurrence, and even the food and cocktails, becomes part of the story,” said Donovan Friedman, President and CXO of ThemeDream Productions. “The cast engages guests from the moment they arrive, with the experience unfolding around them through comedy, music, séances and unexpected performances. It delivers the Halloween atmosphere people crave while taking the playful, social energy of Santa’s Saloon and Camp Palms to an entirely new level.”
