The Band Perry to play Tropicana Atlantic City on Aug. 1319 April 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- Grammy Award winning siblings Kimberly, Neil and Reid Perry have a way of turning family harmony into smash hits. On Saturday, Aug. 13, 2016, the superstar trio, collectively known as The Band Perry, will entertain fans at Tropicana Atlantic City Casino & Resort. Show time is 8 p.m. in the Tropicana Showroom with doors opening at 7 p.m. The band has proven to be an unstoppable presence in music ever since signing to Republic Nashville in 2009. Their debut album, The Band Perry, delivered five hit singles including the six-time platinum chart-topper "If I Die Young." The video for that song is Vevo-certified for reaching more than 100 million views. That album also scored hits with "You Lie," "All Your Life" and "‘Postcard from Paris." The trio released their gold-certified sophomore album Pioneer in 2013, which spawned two additional #1 singles "Better Dig Two" and "DONE." (the first for brothers Reid and Neil as songwriters) plus hits "Don't Let Me Be Lonely" and "Chainsaw." The band is currently working on their 3rd studio album. In February 2015, The Band Perry won the Grammy Award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. The Country Music Association, CMT Music Awards, the American Country Awards, and the Academy of Country Music have also honored this talented group.
