Taste of Nobu West coming to Caesars Palace30 June 2025(PRESS RELEASE) -- Celebrated Chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns to Nobu Restaurant & Lounge at Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace to host two unforgettable culinary experiences in September. “Caesars Palace has a special place in my heart – it's home to our first Nobu Hotel & Restaurant,” said Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. “I’m excited to be back with the talented team and invite new and returning guests to join us for these incredible events.” “Taste of Nobu West” – 6 p.m. Tuesday, 16 September Guests can join Chef Nobu for the “Taste of Nobu West” – a reception-style event featuring dishes from 10 Nobu restaurant locations across the West Coast and beyond. The evening will showcase Chef Nobu’s signature Japanese and Peruvian cuisine with a variety of tray-passed appetizers and action stations serving popular dishes, such as Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, Yellowtail Jalapeño, Wagyu Tacos, and Negi Toro and Toro Taku Hand Rolls. To finish on a sweet note, guests can indulge in decadent desserts, including a kakigori (Japanese shaved ice) station. Sushi Class with Chef Nobu – noon Wednesday, 17 September Chef Nobu will lead an interactive and intimate sushi-making class for a select group of guests. This hands-on experience offers a rare opportunity to learn the art of sushi-making from a Michelin-starred chef. Following the masterclass, participants will enjoy the freshly prepared sushi along with signature menu favorites, such as toro, Japanese A5 Wagyu and caviar and a selection of curated cocktails. “It’s not every day you get to dine with or learn from the legendary Chef Nobu Matsuhisa – right here in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip,” said Terrence O’Donnell, SVP and General Manager of Caesars Palace. “From savoring signature Nobu creations to stepping behind the counter for hands-on sushi-making with the master himself, these are the ultimate foodie experiences you can’t miss.” Tickets for each event start at $500 per person. |
