Singapore casino operators fined $500,000 for breaches22 August 2012SINGAPORE -- The CRA has fined Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa for failing to enforce the social safeguard requirements, Asia One News said. Marina Bay Sands had allowed 10 people into the casino without the correct entry payment and 19 others who had exclusion orders, the report said. Resorts World Sentosa were fined for allowing 7 people to enter without correct entry payment, four people with exclusion orders and two minors, Asia One News reported. The casinos were fined nearly $500,000 collectively, the report noted. |
