San Diego poker player wins Pala's Hallo-Weekend tournament

PALA, California -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Alan Ho’s Ace Spades and King Diamonds topped Dana Katzenmeier’s 10 Clubs and 7 Clubs when Ho went all in Sunday, Oct. 28, and the San Diego, California, poker player won $6,558 from a $27,125 prize pool and the Hallo-Weekend poker championship at Pala Casino Resort and Spa. Katzenmeier, from Rancho Sante Fe, California, won $3,485 for second. The final board was 2 Spades, Ace Clubs, 10 Spades, 2 Clubs and 5 Hearts.

The three-day tournament hosted 169 players and paid the top 20. In addition to Ho and Katzenmeier, the results included:
