Revel proposed to be reopened as a casino3 October 2014ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- The winner of the Revel auction says they intend to reopen the property exactly as its previous purpose was -- a casino hotel, the Press of Atlantic City reported. Brookfield US Holdings LLC won the auction with a bid of $110 million, the report said. The auction will now likely be court contested by Steve Taub, a Florida real estate developer, who says the auction was "botched" by Revel's lawyers, according to the Press of Atlantic City report. |
