Revel petitions again for sale20 March 2015ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- The Revel Casino Hotel has again petitioned a bankruptcy judge to approve a sale of the property, the Press of Atlantic City reported. The sale is to real estate developer Glenn Straub for $82 million. The original deal was for $95.4 million, the report said. The deal, after 9 months of effort, is the best offer on the property at present, the Press of Atlantic City reported. Revel's tenants and its power supplier are objecting to parts of the deal. Those objections need to get sorted out in court before the sale of the property can be completed. |
