Revel auction loser files appeal

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- The losing bidder for the Revel Casino, Florida developer, Glenn Straub has filed an appeal in the state bankruptcy court, New Jersey.com reported.

Straub alleges the auction was not conducted properly, the report said.

Brookfield Asset Management had the winning bid for the property, New Jersey.com said.
