Resorts former cocktail servers who lost jobs file discrimination suit

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- Nine cocktail waitresses, who allege age discrimination by Resorts Casino, filed a lawsuit yesterday, The Press of Atlantic City reported.

The women allege dismissal because did not look sufficiently sexy in the casinos skimpy outfits, the report explained.

The nine women are being represented by "Los Angeles celebrity attorney" Gloria Allred who held a press conference Tuesday to outline the women's alleged experience and grievances against the casino, The Press of Atlantic City reported.
