Resorts Casino Hotel celebrates the best in food and wine

(PRESS RELEASE) -- In partnership with one of the world's oldest and largest gastronomic societies, La Chaine des Rôtisseurs and themed after Hollywood Red-Carpet Awards ceremonies, Resorts Casino Hotel will be the site of a special evening celebrating the best in food and wine.

"La Chaine des Rôtisseurs Hollywood Red-Carpet Awards Dinner," from Resorts Casino Hotel will begin with a lavish champagne red carpet reception with butlered hors d'oeuvres, followed by piano performance, a la Chaine des Rôtisseurs regional "Best" Awards ceremony and then capped off with an amazing four-course dinner, highlighted with a 36 day aged Waygu Strip.

The black tie event will take place on 24 February from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in the Green Room and Screening Room inside the hotel's convention center. The reception will feature plenty of sparkling wines or champagne and each dinner course will be paired with an exquisite wine selected by a sommelier.

Butler passed Hors d'Oeuvres: Mini lobster rolls with Japanese saffron aioli, mushroom cigars, Kumamoto oyster's with pickled daikon, Scallop Civeche with coconut curry and rice puffs, Fried Cheese Curds with spicy mayo, togarashi and Amuse Smoked Salmon with saffron potato, caviar and dill crème fraiche.
First Course: Foie Gras Torchon with arugula, apple, brioche, lemon.
Second Course: Frozen yogurt with whipped celery root, passion fruit.
Third Course: 36 Day aged Waygu Strip with Treviso, Brown Butter, Kumquat, sunchoke.
Dessert: Caprise with white chocolate, lemon olive oil sponge, evoo capsule, candied basil.
