Resorts Atlantic City Auctions Off Sign

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey – As reported by the Associated Press: "Would you like to buy a vowel?

"New Jersey's first casino is selling a few. Some consonants, too.

"Resorts Atlantic City, which was Atlantic City's first casino when it opened its doors in 1978, has put the letters of its original signs up for auction on eBay.

"…The letters from the larger sign are 10 feet tall and weigh 400 pounds. The smaller letters are 8 feet tall and weigh about 285 pounds.

"Minimum bid: $250…"
