Racing machines doing well for Kentucky Downs28 October 2011FRANKLIN, Kentucky -- Kentucky Downs, the only US turf-only track, is seeing good results from its six-week-old slot like racing machines, according to The Nashville Ledger. The racing machines offer wagering on historic horse races, players are given handicapping information from which they select their picks, the report explained. The revenue generated by the 200 machines has created 85 new jobs, the Nashville Ledger noted. |
