President of Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is stepping down24 April 2024(PRESS RELEASE) -- Dreamscape announced that Trevor Scherrer, President of Rio Hotel & Casino, will be stepping down from his role due to a recent health concern. Scherrer has been directly responsible for Rio’s operational transition from Caesars Entertainment, the recruitment of Rio’s leadership team and the overall redevelopment of the resort. “What Trevor has been able to accomplish to date has been truly remarkable, but Trevor’s health is of the utmost importance to all of us at Dreamscape and the Rio team. While it’s difficult to see him leave, we fully support his decision to focus on his health and spend time with his family,” said Eric Birnbaum, founder of Dreamscape. Scherrer will remain with the company until a successor is named and will continue to assist with the transition of his responsibilities. |
