Players can win share of $130,000 in the Pala 'Squealing for Cash' giveaway5 January 2015PALA, California -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Every player at Pala Casino Resort and Spa can win a share of $130,000 starting Monday, Jan. 26, until Sunday, Feb. 22, in the casino’s “Squealing for Cash” promotion. It is free to play, but players must be enrolled in the Pala Privileges Club to enter. Privileges cards are free at the Privileges Center in the casino. With the Squealing for Cash prize structure, 30 winners will share $101,000 starting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, in the Grand Prize drawing. And four lucky players will win cash prizes starting at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 23, in the $1,300 Bonus Giveaway. Participants can play Squealing for Cash video machines free in the casino once every 24 hours, with no casino play required. But if a player earns 25 or more tier points while playing their favorite game in a 24-hour period, they can play an additional Squealing for Cash game. For every Pig selected, players will receive 1-35 entries into the Grand Prize drawing. For every Cash Pig or Golden Pig selected, they will receive between 40-60 additional entries. If they get four Cash Pigs, they will win one entry into the Monday, Feb. 23, Bonus Giveaway and if they get a Cash Pig and a Golden Pig, they will win two entries into the Bonus Giveaway. At 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 23, four lucky entrants will win a share of $1,300 in a manual drawing. First place will win $500; second, $400; third, $300; and fourth, $100. The winners NEED NOT BE PRESENT. They will be notified by telephone and will have 14 days to claim prizes. Based on Privileges card play levels, each entry earned will be subject to entry multipliers. Entries won by Regular Privileges members will be multiplied by one; Pearl, two; Gold card members by three; Platinum by four; and Elite by five. Registered hotel guests who stay overnight from Jan. 26 until Feb. 22 will receive bonus Grand Prize drawing entries at the rate of one entry per week. Those who play slot machines, table games and live poker during the promotion will receive 10 free bonus entries into the Grand Prize drawings for every Tier Point earned. Those who play online with their MyPala account may also earn additional entries. Online entries must be redeemed within seven days of issue by visiting Pala and playing the Squealing for Cash kiosk game. Starting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 30 winners will split $101,000. The drawing schedule will include: 7 p.m. 8 winners of $500 each 7:30 p.m. 8 winners of $500 each 8 p.m. 1 winner of $20,000 8:30 p.m. 2 winners of $2,000 each 9 p.m. 4 winners of $1,000 each 9:30 p.m. 1 winner of $10,000 10 p.m. 5 winners of $1,000 each 10:30 p.m. 1 winner of $50,000 Winners MUST BE PRESENT to claim these prizes. Also on Feb. 25, slot, table game and live poker players can win a share of $22,700 in Bonus Payouts from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. to Midnight when $100 will be awarded every two minutes to players using their Privileges card at a slot machine, live poker or for rating on a live table game. Winners must be present to claim prizes. All entries earned since Dec. 1, 2014 until Feb. 22, 2015 are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing on February 25. Pala Casino Resort and Spa reserves the right to alter any of these promotions. Drawings will be conducted according to the rules.
