Pala introduces mobile app to enhance customer experience

PALA, California -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Pala Casino Resort and Spa in Northern San Diego County has introduced its new Mobile App for Android telephones and iPhones to provide its customers instant information and enhance the player experience.

Pala guests and players may access all information about Pala via the app including dining hours at Pala’s 10 restaurants, entertainment and shows, promotions and Spa specials. Guests also can take actions from the App like calling for reservations or purchasing show tickets.

Unique to the App is Slot Finder, which enables guests to find their favorite slot machine on the casino floor based on name, denomination and game type.

In addition to general information, Pala Privileges members also can access personal account information when they log in with their account number. They can instantly check an account balance and see how close they are to moving to the next card level. The Pala App also has its own inbox for messages called “Pala In My Pocket.” Guests and players can receive exclusive information and offers through messages sent to the inbox.

“It’s never been easier to find out what is happening at Pala and see personal Privileges rewards information,” said Brian Turk, Pala’s chief information officer. “Plus, it is the best tool we have for players and customers to find their favorite slot machine location.”
