Pala Casino reveals July poker schedule17 June 2016(PRESS RELEASE) -- Southern California poker players will have more opportunities to win extra cash at Pala Casino Spa and Resort in July when the Poker Room will host the $40,000 (Est.) Quantum Reload tournament starting Saturday, July 16, through Sunday, July 24. Pala Poker also will continue its popular Thursday Deep Stack Turbo and Friday Night 2K tournaments and ongoing popular promotions that include the Sunday $100 High Hand, which will be in play every half hour from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; the Cash Prize Wheel, which will be in play every day and will award up to $200 for any quads or higher; $100 Hourly High Hand from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, except July 27, when hours of play will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; the Thursday High Hand and Flush Marathon, with no rollover, which will be in play from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the Limit and No Limit from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and the Limit Flush Marathon from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Friday for 3-6-9 limit and above. Chase for the Dough will be in play from Midnight, July 1, until Midnight, July 31, with a $10,000 prize pool. Players win by accumulating live-play hours. Forty hours wins $60; 60 hours gets $200 and 80 hours, $400. When players cash out, hours return to zero. The $40,000 (Est.) Quantum Reload will offer 12 qualifying rounds. Winners each day will advance to Day 2 action and re-entries will be for four levels. Day 1A – 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Saturday, July 16; $125 buy-in; 15 percent advance to Day 2 Day 1B – 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Sunday, July 17; $125 buy-in; 15 percent advance Day 1C – 6 p.m., Monday, July 18; $80 buy-in; 10 percent advance Day 1D – 6 p.m., Tuesday, July 19; $80 buy-in; 10 percent advance Day 1E – 6 p.m., Wednesday, July 20; $80 buy-in; 10 percent advance Day 1F – 6 p.m., Thursday, July 21; $80 buy-in; 10 percent advance Day 1G – 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Friday, July 22; $125 buy-in; 15 percent advance Day 1H – 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Saturday, July 23; $160 buy-in; 20 percent advance Day 2 (Final) – 1 p.m., Sunday, July 24, $550 buy-in; No Late Registration Continuing regular tournaments: Thursday Deep Stack Turbo: 7:15 p.m.; the buy-in will be $45+$10 with a $1,200 guarantee and a $10 optional staff buy. Chips will $20,000/$5,000 and there will be $10 bounties. But, this tournament will not be played June 23. Friday Night 2K: 7:15 p.m.; the buy-in will be $35+$5 with a $2,000 guarantee and a $5 optional staff buy. Chips will be $4,000/$2,000. Late and re-entries will be allowed to three levels with a full stack. This tournament will not be played June 24. |
