New Zealand: Christchurch casino no plan to build convention centre

NEW ZEALAND -- Christchurch Casino will not be following Auckland's SkyCity Casino's plan to build a convention centre, Stuff reported.

Whilst there are plans to build a convention centre in Christchurch, the casino will not be its location, the report explained.

Christchurch Casino management did express the hope that any convention centre would be as close to the casino as possible, Stuff reported.
