New menu announced for Park Prime Steakhouse

6 April 2021

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Just in time for spring, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Lake Tahoe has unveiled mouthwatering new menu items at Park Prime Steakhouse that will be available beginning Thursday, 8 April.

New starters include Oysters Hardrockafeller, served with Pernod-infused spinach cream; Whiskey Maple Glazed Bacon; or Pork Side, pork belly with an apple-miso glaze and baby bok choy.

Additions to the main menu include a showstopping Tomahawk Chop; Mary’s Half Chicken, a brined organic chicken with rosemary-sage honey syrup; pan seared Chilean Sea Bass, served with saffron lemon beurre blanc, asparagus and poached cherry tomatoes; Colossal Alaskan King Crab Legs; a Seafood Tower featuring lobster tail, jumbo shrimp, oysters and king crab served with green apple mignonette and cocktail sauce; or Lob’scargot, lobster with garlic-shallot butter and focaccia crumbs. And the new side, Mac ‘N’ Cheese with Lobster, pairs perfectly with any of these main dishes, or can be devoured on its own!

This Thursday also marks the return of live music to the upscale steakhouse, with popular local solo artists and duos performing Thursdays and Sundays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Park Prime is open Thursdays through Sundays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Due to current guidelines set forth by the State of Nevada, parties are limited to no more than six people. Reservations are strongly suggested and can be made on Open Table.
