The menu features fresh seafood and raw bar offerings, along with the highest quality USDA Prime steaks with 15 different cuts to choose from as well as Japanese A5 Wagyu and True A5 Kobe Beef. Guests can complement their entrées with standout appetizers and sides such as the famous lobster mashed potatoes, and the show-stopping two-foot-tall seafood tower.
