Mohegan Sun June slots revenue fell 3.7% from year ago17 July 2012The Norwich Bulletin reports that Mohegan Sun's June slot machine revenue fell 3.7 percent to $54.85 million from $56.96 million a year earlier. Total intake, or what the industry calls “handle,” was down 6.7 percent to $679.3 million from $727.9 million, according to the same report. The Norwich Bulletin also reported that Mohegan Sun gave $14.6 million to the Connecticut state government for the month in lieu of taxes as per revenue-sharing agreements. |
